Pitt County Industrial Park Sites

Farmville Industrial Park
(click here for a pdf version of this information)

Farmville Industrial Park consists of over 300 acres and is dedicated to light industrial use.  Protective covenants have been adopted in order to maintain the appearance of the park, preserve land values, and protect the investment of current and future park occupants.  The park is fully served with water, sewer, natural gas, and electric services.

The Farmville Industrial Park is less than 30 minutes from the Global TransPark and foreign Trade Zone 214.  Like all county industrial parks, Farmville is subject only to county taxes.  To ensure existing building space is available when needed, Pitt County maintains an active shell building program for the construction of facilities throughout the county.
